Pre-Order Policy
- Items available for Pre-Order purchase will be delivered or available for pick-up when they are received by Castle Toys, there is no guarantee on a date.
- Other items purchased on the same order as a Pre-Order item will be held until all items are received and the full order can be fulfilled. We will not ship partial orders. Please order Pre-Order items separately when necessary.
- There will be a 15% processing fee on canceled pre-orders.
